DOCP dosage calculator and Florinef dosage calculator

I’m excited to announce the addition of two new tools to the site for Addison’s dogs’ owners: the DOCP dosage calculator and the Florinef dosage calculator. You can find both tools on the top toolbar, or click on these links to access this useful tool:

These can be great calculators to aid you with finding the correct dosage for your dog. Of course, you should work with a veterinarian to obtain the correct treatment for your dog, but that isn’t always possible (my vet charges $45 for an office visit. Ouch!). If you have a question about Florinef dosage, DOCP dosage, or maintenance doses for either medications, I recommend you ask one of the veterinarians at Just Answer (see the tool to the right). I use them occasionally when I have a question for a vet but I don’t want to pay the hefty office fee.
